We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Production Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of various production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. Responsibilities:

Assist in Production Planning: Collaborate with senior production staff to develop production schedules and plans to meet targets.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, packing materials and finished products to support production requirements.
Quality Control: Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot production issues, and assist in implementing corrective actions to minimise downtime.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate production records and reports, including production output, inventory levels, and quality control data.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Training and Development: Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities to develop skills and knowledge in production management.

Process Optimisation:

❖ Analyse production processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
❖ Propose and implement changes to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
❖ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve overall production efficiency.

Documentation:

❖ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to production procedures.
❖ Assist in the preparation of reports summarising quality metrics and production performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

❖Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, production, and supply chain, to address production-related challenges.
❖Participate in regular meetings to discuss production goals, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

❖B.Tech. Food Technology or Masters: Food Technology/ Food & Nutrition- Male Candidates
❖ Experience required – 0-2 years of experience
❖Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
❖Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
❖Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
❖Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
