📍 Location: Mumbai (Regional Office) / PAN India Operations

We’re looking for passionate QA professionals to strengthen our Quality Assurance team, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance across all our operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement QA systems, SOPs, and food safety standards across outlets and commissaries.
• Conduct internal, outlet, and vendor audits, ensuring adherence to FSSAI norms.
• Perform chemical and microbiological testing of food, water, and air samples.
• Lead and support training programs for food handlers and QA teams.
• Monitor pest control, temperature-controlled logistics, and product shelf-life validation.
• Manage RCA & CAPA for guest complaints, ensuring effective preventive actions.
• Oversee chemical usage tracking, nutritional value validation, and QA documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors for quality improvement and compliance.

🔹 Candidate Profile

• Manager – QA: M.Sc / M.Tech in Food Science, Food Tech, or Microbiology with 15–17 years of experience.
• Senior QA Executive: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Tech or Microbiology with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI, food safety & hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• FoSTaC Certified Supervisor preferred.
