- Product Ideation and Market Survey.
- New Variant Development of existing products.
- Experimental Record Keeping and Data Analysis.
- Interest in Snacking and Confectionery.
- Creative thinking and Open to Road not taken.
- Working on new products from ideation stage to scale up, including compliance, costing, nutrition analysis and optimisation.
- Have working knowledge of FSSAI, Consumer act, HACCP.
