Position(Designation): Senior Officer- Foods
The role will work on various Product development and technology projects in the area of Foods
- B. Tech in Food Technology
- Should be able to understand product brief and convert them into value added product incorporating consumer insights
- Should be able to detail-out and execute the product development plans to deliver novel and consumer perceivable product technologies which provides a competitive edge to the organization
- Should be able to interface with manufacturing for various projects, Technology transfers, Value engineering projects etc.
- Should be able to interface with marketing for various projects.
- Should be able to interface with legal for various claims, legal compliances
- Domain knowledge – The candidate should have in-depth domain knowledge of Food Technology.
- Should have knowledge on extrusion technology
- Should have high level of entrepreneurial drive to lead the projects within organizations and outside (collaborative) organization for meeting the business deadlines
- Should have adequate knowledge about aspects of technology which impact commercial viability of project.

- Manufacturing, Marketing, Legal, Buying
The candidate will have an opportunity to lead product development of Foods which will deliver innovative and novel Food products of global standards
