Job Summary—Asst Manager–QC
- Setting up QC norms, QC Specifications & SOP.
- Should be able to design process for inward QC, Packing QC, Dispatch QC & Storage QC.
- Should take control of all key matrices related to Inbound QC, Inventory QC, Dispatch QC, compliance etc.
- Should be proficient in Product Understanding.
- Should be open to work in Night shift.
People
- Responsible for leading a team of 50 employees in terms of QC.
- Manage team performance and motivation in a highly competitive market.
Collaboration and Coaching
- Collaborate with other functions e.g. Inbound,Inventory,Dispatch & Sourcing team.
- Responsible for providing Quality feedback to the management and help drive in decision making.
Requirements
- Strong Quality understanding in food technology.
- E-Commerce/FMCG/F&V ops experience for 2-4 years.
- Minimum Qualification –B.Tech/Bsc/Msc in food technology mandatory with decent communication skills.
- Knowledge of fruits, vegetables is an added advantage.
