Qualification- MSc (Food Technology), B.Tech-Food Technology.

Job Location-Harohalli, Near Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Skills-
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and industry best practices.
- Experience in a quality management role within the food industry, preferably in a manufacturing or processing environment.
- Familiarity with quality standards and certifications (ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC,Kosher,GMP, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of food manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and laboratory testing procedures.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of quality issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, conduct training sessions, and drive a culture of quality excellence.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address quality challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools for data analysis, documentation, and reporting.
