Location: Multiple Locations across India (Candidates should be open to relocation)

Available Locations: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Bhavnagar, Chennai, Dewas, Hyderabad, Indore, Kanpur, Kolkata, Madurai, Murbad, Panvel, Solapur, Umbergaon, Varanasi.

Purpose of the Job:

We are looking for a Site Executive – CMOps to support and monitor production operations at our CMOps Units. The role involves ensuring smooth production, maintaining product quality and food safety standards, improving plant performance, and working closely with internal teams and manufacturing partners to achieve production targets.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supply continuity: – Ensure smooth production operations and timely achievement of monthly and weekly production targets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot manufacturing processes for Biscuits, Confectionery, Snacks, Rusk, Cakes, and Atta products.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, quality, and safety.
• Incoming RMs and outgoing FGs – must adhere to protocols (process control and secondary checking). Understanding Lab working and testing.
• Implement and monitor SOPs, GMP, GHP, Food Safety, and other corporate manufacturing guidelines.
• Training and development of CMU staff & Key Point Operators
• Food Safety Standards understanding & implementation (ISO 22K, Workplace Management etc).
• Verification of Parle Inventory & Assets and ensuring control over inventory including review of material accounting.
• Participate in new product trials, process validation, and operational improvement projects.
