Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Officer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience specifically in biscuit manufacturing. The candidate should be a Food Technology graduate with strong knowledge of biscuit production processes, quality standards, and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day production activities in the biscuit manufacturing unit.
• Monitor mixing, dough preparation, baking, cooling, and packing processes.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning and schedule.
• Maintain product quality and process parameters as per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and GMP practices.
• Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Packaging departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain production reports, batch records, and shift documentation.
• Monitor manpower utilization and shop floor discipline.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of biscuit manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and FSSAI norms.
• Good communication and team handling skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and under production pressure.
• Problem-solving and process improvement mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech / BSC/MSC in Food Technology or Food Science
• Mandatory experience in biscuit manufacturing industry only.
• 2–5 years of relevant production experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in automated biscuit production lines.
• Knowledge of baking parameters and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ERP or production reporting systems.
