Overview
This role is responsible for supporting QFS governance as reporting and regulatory support, working in partnership with adjacent GBS capability and systems teams to support local teams to manage the operationalization and maintenance of the QFS program. The role will interact with local site teams and BU leads to deliver on the day to day needs of the business whilst also supporting longer term initiatives and capability build. Experience of Regulatory governance (QFS) and training / accrediation and technical interpretation will be important to success in this role.
Responsibilities
Reporting
- Produce and Maintain QHSE KPI and reports
- Weak link reporting
- Daily QCDM
- Weekly QCDM CPM, CONQ, Comsumer complaints
- Monthly QCFS report
- Reporting on Holds process
- Prepare daily overview
- Monthly holds analysis into top 3 report
- Produce and supply First level insights on data provided to teams highlight hotspots and opportunites
Administration & Compliance
- Support Traceability Exercises
- Develop process to define and enable offsite support, maintain going forward & act as one team for exercises as
- Maintain calendar and support QCFS site teams (4sites)
- Conduct Mass balance for product flows when directed by regulatory notification
- 24hr Check on all quality checks and produce report (FIC)
- Maintain internal Audit calendar and conduct CAPA follow up administration.
- Follow up on audits / self inspections which are due plus adherence to calendarized audit compliance
- Follow up on CAPA list – action tracker (escalate to teams closing out actions if not completed timely)
- Certificate of analysis
- logging to SAP, await for check then release
- own process of live updates of specification
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Analytical skills demonstrated by a suitable bachelors degree (i.e. Science/Technological/Engineering /Food science) backed up with operational experience.
- This role will be supporting Quality Food Safety and as such good understanding of quality systems and auditing processes will be required, as such minimum 2yr working in Quality food safety role with good understanding of systems and standards required (Preference for proven training HACCP or BRC food safety / auditing or equivalent ideal).
- Demonstrated ability to interact with business (risk) management systems or similar database systems beneficial.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Similar editing software tools
- Working experience in a QFS support environment with a clear understanding of terminology, materials used.
- Suitable QFS training / accreditation or proof of operational QFS experience with willingness to progress learning.
- Working experience in reporting and analytics support environment or FMCG company with a clear bias and understanding to Quality Food safety understanding of terminology, metrics and KPIs used will be a distinct advantage.
