About the Job – Executive – PPD (Flavour Room Coordinator) – Perfetti Van Melle Chennai

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Monthly WIP Flavour Stocks & Maintaining records of Flavour Room.
• Maintain all MSDS of flavours/colours used in flavour room
• Manage SOP of flavour and colour addition
• Maintain sample room and shelf-life documentation
• Maintain inventory list of items in flavour room
• Sample packing and monitoring
• Manage shift schedule of Flavour room operators
• Assist in NPD related activities
• Maintain GMP of flavour room
• Maintain safety related checklist

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 1-3 years of work experience in NPD and FMCG.

Education: B.Sc/M.Sc/B. Tech in Food Technology/Food Science

Experience in confectionary is preferrable
