About the Job – Product Development Executive – ITC Bengaluru Karnataka – Food Technology Jobs
Role- New product and process development, quality improvement and up gradation, develop and update quality control procedures for the manufacture of products in plants, sensory profiling of products, flavour profiling and product compatibility studies, shelf life evaluation, consumer research activities, supplier development, plant layout and scale up.
Educational qualifications • Bachelors /Masters in Food Science/ Food Technology/Food Processing/Cereal Science/Chemistry
Must have- Hands on experience in product development related to seasoning / dry blending. Regulatory standards, trends and documentation of product
Experience: 4 – 8 years
