Education & Experience:
Graduate B.E. /B. Tech/M. Tech ( Food Technology/ Food Science & Technology/Food Processing Engineering/Dairy Technology/ Mechanical/Electrical/ Production Engineering) with 3+ years’ experience in Production in food companies managing yield , Line Quality ( RM/ SF & FG) must
Experience in Foods Production -Contract Manufacturing Units ( Advantage)
Experience in handling workmen
Experience in NPD
Responsibility and Mandate:
Responsible for a good EHS in Production. In case of lack of authority Production officer is responsible to escalate issues to a higher level within the function.
Responsible for scheduling and conducting shift meetings
Responsible for closely working with people to improve in skills of the people in the team.
Responsible for ensuring the adherence to correct manning as per the company budget. – Responsible for output of shifts, need to collaborate with crossfunctional team to produce products with; Right quality, Right quantity, at the Right time at the Lowest cost.
Responsible for the division to have the right skills and capacity to develop their OEE, so they reach the targeted OEE and also responsible for operator developments for continuous improvement.
Actively pursue and bring resources to Black Belt activities
Process and production efficiency – Environmental Improvements – Quality improvements
Mandate to stop production and activities that are not according to set specifications and regulations.
Main Tasks and/or Projects:
Shift Production Management.
Drive improvement and innovation agenda.
Workmen management.
Monitor, measure, and report on production-related process performance and general issues.
Reporting of shift MIS (Yield, Productivity, Conversion cost, etc).
