Position: Production Intern (2 Positions)
Department: Production / Operations
Location: Manufacturing Plant – Dry Fruits & Snacks
Duration: 6 Months (01 July 2026 – 31 December 2026)

About the Role –
We are looking for enthusiastic Production Interns to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. The role provides hands-on experience in food production processes, process monitoring, operational efficiency, and manufacturing best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily production activities including sorting, grading, roasting, seasoning, packing, dispatch, and gift box packing operations.
Monitor production parameters and process controls to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain production records, logs, and shift reports.
Support line supervisors in manpower planning and material coordination.
Monitor machine operations and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
Participate in productivity improvement and continuous improvement projects.
Assist in implementing operational best practices to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Tech in Food Technology or related disciplines.
Freshers and students seeking industrial exposure are encouraged to apply.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Skills Required
Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
