At April3rd Foods, we’re looking for a Production Manager to trust our plant with. We need a capable, knowledgeable individual experienced in handling people working under them and will oversee the preparation, cooking, packing and supervise and coordinate the activities of staff.

Responsibility :

Knowledge on GMP, GHP
Knowledge on good storage practices & safe food temperatures
Get production plan and execute production accordingly
Plan and assign daily work to food handlers and inform them product specifications on particular day
Monitoring dough making process and records should be maintained
Record daily wastage during processing and ensure that to reduce wastage
Monitor all processing equipment, if not in good condition should immediately inform to maintenance
Provide job training to food handlers to meet production goals and equipment handling
Develop cost effective ways to improve quality and productivity
Recommend process improvements to enhance quality and capacity
Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedure for staffs
Recommend changes in work flow and operations
Investigate problems and analyze root causes and define resolutions.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in Food Processing Industry
Academic Qualification: B.Tech ,M.tech- Food Technology
Be able to manage time and people efficiently
Confident and good decision-making ability with attention to detail.
In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
Male Candidate Preferred.
