Roles and Responsibilities
Food Safety
1. Preparation, updation and review of HACCP plan.
2. Preparation, updation and review of VACCP plan.
3. Preparation, updation and review of TACCP plan.
4. Designing and review of Integrated Quality and Food Safety Management System Manual for the site.
Audits
1. Document preparation and facing FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, and GMP, etc certification, re-certification and surveillance audits.
2. Document preparation and facing various client audits in B2B segment.
3. Filling various client food safety checklist and questionnaire shared by technical and sales team.
4. Provide documents with respect to quality assurance as requested by clients.
Trainings
1. Preparation of Annual Food Safety Training Calendar for the site.
2. Arrangement and co-ordination to schedule trainings as per calendar.
3. Conducting assessment after trainings to verify training effectiveness.
4. Provide food safety trainings in plant.
FG Control
1. Sending samples for analysis.
2. Conducting once in 6 month analysis of brand products as per FSSAI.
3. Performing Sensory Analysis of FG for every lot.
4. Preparation of Certificate of Analysis (COA) for products after verification of test reports.
Product Testing Data
1. Preparation of Vitamins, Minerals and Fatty acids validation data sheet for the brand product and reporting out of specification to R & D.
2. Preparation of data sheet for results of contaminants analysis of brand products. Environmental Monitoring Plan (EMP)
1. Scheduling and conducting EMP swabs for site.
2. Recording and monitoring the results of EMP in a compile excel and conducting risk assessment in defined frequency.
3. Initiating corrective action in case of failure with root cause analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should have B.tech ( Food Technology ) as qualification.
