Designation – QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment )Coordinator for plant depot
This role will manage the Quality and food safety at the warehouse, distribution & Market place by ensure the effective implementation of programs and activities to ensure compliance.
Qualification –
- MSc in Microbiology/Chemistry/ Graduate in Food Technology /Dairy technology
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Quality Assurance/Control (Food or Beverage Certified Lead/internal auditor in ISO 22000 or ISO 9001
- FoSTaC certification Manufacturing
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Ensure all the warehouse & distributor are having regulatory license to operate & all the conditions of the license are met all the time.
2. Lead the implementation of Quality and Food safety standards applicable to warehouse, distribution & Market place.
3. Conduct Quality and Food Safety risk assessment at warehouse and distributors and Implementation of the effective control measures for identified risks.
4. Collaborate with Sales & Plant QA functions to identify gaps against the requirements, define action plans to achieve compliance.
5. Follow and track progress of defined action plans. Escalate challenges and delays to bring the action plan back on track.
6. Drive the quality and food safety culture in warehouse, distribution & Market place.
7. Develop, maintain and lead the internal audit program, and conduct Depot & Distributor assessment and development of RCA & CAP along with Sales team.
8. Track progress of, and report against functional Corrective and Preventative action plans
9. Evaluate the compliance level of distributor as per Distribuotr selection criteria before selection and ensure the compliance to all the requirements during the time of distributor service termination (Including proper disposal of waste)
10. Preparation and implementation of Management action plan for closing the gaps identified during assessment
11. Implement and track total product age monitoring program in warehouse and distributions. Escalate challenges and delays to bring the action plan back on track.
12. Conduct and co-ordinate the market survey
13. Organize, and lead wherever required for, initial and refresher Quality and Food Safety training as per requirements
