Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with GHP, GMP, HACCP, and FSMS standards.
• Develop and implement effective quality control processes to maintain high-quality products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in food processing operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all quality-related activities and records.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in food technology or related field.
• Strong understanding of CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) principles.
• Familiarity with Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements.
