Job Description
- To evaluate the process on going as per CGMP.
- Check for quality deviation and analysis the root cause for better action plan.
- Verification of PRP, CCP & OPRP.
- Providing training to Food handler/ Operators/ Supervisor.
- All the required documents related to process to be monitored and verified.
- Audit preparation with line verification and document verification.
- CIP & COP verification to ensure prior to the process.
- Personal hygiene to be monitored.
- Understanding and correcting the wrong Process practices.
- Deviation in product to be address.
- Risk Analysis of the line and process.
- Verification of the all area such receiving dock, storage area etc.
- Understanding the real cause of the damage or risk to the product.
- Handle Traceability/ mock recall.
- New Ideas for better flow of product safety.
- Check for FEFO/FIFO.
- Storage condition of FG as per food safety norms.
- Hygiene requirements of the process.
Qualification
Graduate / Post graduate in Food Technology, Food Microbiology, Biotechnology.
Experience 3-5 years in Food Industry
