About the Job – Quality Officer – Parle  – Food Technology Jobs at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand 

• Perform routine in-process quality checks on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
• Verify critical quality parameters such as weight, dimensions, color, texture, moisture, and appearance according to product specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, sanitation, and food safety requirements.
• Identify and report non-conforming products and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and ensure compliance with HACCP requirements.
• Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and production documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in a biscuit, bakery, or food manufacturing company is preferred.
