Job Title: Executive Quality Assurance
Location: Bangalore Hyderabad NCR Jaipur Indore

Reports to:Manager/Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
– Food Safety and Hygiene Standards: Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards of the kitchen.
– Training: Give training to the kitchen team on various SOP’s, quality and food safety standards.
– FSSAI Standards: Prep kitchen to comply with FSSAI standards and other internal audits.
– Quality Control: Proactively check the quality of raw ingredients/products through sensory and its documentation.
– Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints by doing RCA and sharing CAPA.
– Data Analysis: Analyze data to understand regional performance on various metrics.
Requirements:
– Education: Microbiology/M.Sc Microbiology/B Tech./MTech. Food Technology or equivalent.
– Experience: Minimum 1 year in the food industry (FMCG/QSR).
– Food Safety Knowledge: Good understanding of the domain of food safety, RCA & CAPA, and quality standards.
– FSSAI Regulations: Well-versed with FSSAI regulations for the catering industry.
Other Details:
– Working Days: 6 days working.
– Travel: Travelling and owning a vehicle is required.
– Off Days: Rotational week off.
