About the Job – Regional QA Manager – Zepto Cafe Mumbai (Western line)

What Are We Looking For

Expertise in FSSAI regulations for the catering industry.
Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) and ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System)/ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).
Comprehensive understanding of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards certifications.
Prior experience in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) operations is a must.

Education qualification – B.Tech in Food technology

Min – 3-5 years experience in QSR industry
