Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for Scheduling and completing all NPD trials in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with production and SCM teams for commercialisation of NPDs & Creating documents related to NPD and uploading BOMs in SAP.
• Responsible for upkeep and smooth functioning of NPD labs
• Leads recipe development as per marketing brief & Ensure material connectivity and flawless execution of industrial trials
• Maintain R&D documentation like PDR recipes, Stability tests, decay study etc. & BOM updates on SAP Ensure timely availability of RM codes and SFG codes for NPDs
• Executing BOM budgeting exercise & Ownership of NPD labs : Ensure right equipment and manpower allocation as per project priorities.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in product development/ R&D or process development roles

Education: Graduate in Food technology/Science, Chemical Technology or Dairy Technology
