📝 Position: Food Safety Executive
💼 Experience: 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of sweet stalls to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and GMP guidelines.

Monitor food handling, storage, and preparation practices to identify potential hazards and improvements.

Verify proper labeling, packaging, and storage of all food products.

Assess and monitor employee hygiene practices.

Provide guidance and training to stall employees on GMP practices and food safety requirements.

Requirements

Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of Food Safety Regulations, GMP guidelines, and HACCP principles.

Good communication skills (Hindi will be an added advantage).

Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 per month
