Qualification:BVSC / MVSC / MSc – Food Technology
Location:Lalru – Punjab
Responsibilities:
Member of the top Management Team, in designing and developing business plan, strategies & budgets.
Manage and plan the production schedule; ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of the products.
Build strategies and developing expertise to produce processed meat by using current global practices and technology
Actively manage the team of subordinates to ensure smooth execution of the production process in shifts; associate with QA Officers, Lab Chemists, and Microbiologists to get the reports on the final product produced.
Being a certified Lead Auditor for FSMS: ISO 22000, accountable for documenting, developing HACCP and introducing FSMS System in the Plant.
As a Management Representative for the entire ISO System, actively coordinate with various Inspection Bodies and Audit Team certified by ISO/HACCP and Overseas Customers.
Actively involved in preparing annual budget for the factory and handling the entire excise related matters including Exports & Import Documentation and Coordinating the sale with the Excise Department.
New product development/market visit to study the customer behaviour
Training & Development, introducing innovative initiatives in operations, continuous improvement, motivation to team, developing Kaizen projects. Ensure employee safety at work and implement safety work practices & ensure that the relevant statutory are compiled in spirit.
Recruitment /Termination of staff in case of any deviation in the plant
Authority to recall the product in case of food safety violations, Withdrawal of product from the market and to take final decision on customer complaints.
Authorised to decide on expiry products to rendering
