Key Deliverables in this role:

• Implementation of Q&FS Protocols steered by TCPL, BIS, FSSAI, NSF etc
• Supervision & daily review of In-Plant Quality Program (Incoming Material, Online Manufacturing Process, Calibration Program, Internal & External Testing Program etc)
• Handling of Customer Complaints (RCA and CAPA) and closure
• Drive plant certification & licensing program – BIS, FSSAI, NSF, FSSC
• Training of plant personnel on various QA & FS agenda
• Implement Good Warehousing & Transportation Practices
• Conduct Plant Internal Audits (GMP, GHP, GLP), MRM, Other Food Safety Program
• Commercialization – Execution of New Product/Packaging Trials/Productivity trials
• Monitor and Control Plant Quality Budget

Critical success factors for the Role:

• B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech (Chemistry / Food Technology / Chemical Engineering)
• Experience in Plant Quality Operation with min 5+ years of experience in QC/QA lead role

Desirable success factors for the Role:

• Experience in Water/Liquid Beverages/Flavor/Juices Industry and having sound manufacturing process knowledge on Water Treatment, Sanitation Program and different Filling Mechanism
• Sound knowledge in QMS (ISO 9001/TQM) & FSMS (ISO 22000/FSSC) implementation
• Knowledge of different analytical test methods (BIS, APHA, BAM, AOAC etc)
• Knowledge in QC data analysis, Quality tools and trouble shooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & SAP
• Good Communication & inter personnel skills, ability to handle team of QC Officers
