We have an opportunity for “Deputy Senior Manager – QA(3rd Party – Export)” at Pundhra (Gujarat)Location.
Exp.: Min 10 years & above of experience in food, beverages or dairy industry ( In 3rd Party Manufacturing Plant)
Qualification: Bachelors / Masters degree (Food or Dairy technology)
Bond : Should be ready to sign a bond
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Should have sound knowledge of food science, microbiology, chemistry and engineering.
- Should have familiar with the relevant food safety regulations, standards and guidelines, such as; HACCP, ISO and FDA, Export standard..
Job Description:
- To develop and educate third party on quality, production and consistency of products by imparting, setting. reviewing and modifying SOPs, check list or by designing process parameters.
- Guidance on quality testing infrastructure, training to staff and workers.
- Taking day to day reporting from staff stationed at each location and verify and validate their findings.
- Regular and surprise visits of vendors, specifically for new products and highly sensitive products where focus is required. SOP, specification, recipe validation.
- Taking ownership of quality standards and maintenance across all levels of third party operations.
- Take part in new product compliance, label development and packaging development.
- Monitor finished product packing activity at plant.
- Provide CAPA and respond top quality complaints and market feedback.
- Work hand to hand with third party, plant packaging team and export product sourcing team for cost efficient quality system by focusing on concern parameters that have more quality issues.
- Periodic vendor wise report on quality parameters to evaluate each vendor on quality terms.
- Should be ready to sign a bond.
- Preferred Industry : Ice cream , Food and Dairy Only.
