Key Responsibilities
A. ETP Operations & Monitoring
Monitor day-to-day operations of the ETP to ensure optimal performance.Conduct routine checks of pH, TDS, TSS, BOD, COD, DO, and other parameters.
Ensure proper functioning of aeration systems, pumps, blowers, dosing units, and filtration systems.
Maintain records of wastewater inflow/outflow, sludge management, and chemical usage
B. Quality Control & Testing
Perform sampling and testing of treated and untreated water as per regulatory standards.
Maintain calibration records of testing instruments.
Ensure treated water meets PCB (Pollution Control Board) norms and company standards.
C. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain ETP logbooks, test reports, SOPs, and statutory documentation.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, compliance reports, and analysis sheets.
Assist in audits including PCB, ISO 14001, and internal EHS audits.
Ensure adherence to applicable environmental laws and guidelines.
