We are seeking a qualified Vendor QA Executive to oversee the overallquality and food safety compliance in the supply chain. As a VQA Executive,you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and verifying overallfood safety and quality. Additionally, you will oversee worker training atvendor sites and address quality complaints. You will also be responsible forensuring appropriate communication processes between the supply chain andvendor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor compliance with company requirements to ensure implementation of quality, safety, and hygiene standards at vendor site.
Selection of Live animals as per laid down specifications for Goat and lamb.
Clearance of FG as per laid down specifications at vendor site in accordancewith indent.
Training sessions at vendor sites to streamline the activity of slaughtering and processing.
Exhibit business maturity in handling confidential information.
To troubleshoot problems, analyse data, report metrics, and determine root causes of issues. (RCA & CAPA)
Reduce customer complaints and improve product rating by implementing proper systems and standards in the red meat category with respect tosourcing.
Involve in new projects for improving product quality and product rating.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s/masters degree in food science.
0-1 years of experience in QA/QC in food industry
Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
