Job Description:
1. Maintain GMP in processing departments.
2. Focus on production target to achieve it on time with best quality FG.
3. Set a goal to take a maximum output with minimum wastage and resources.
4. Maintain all production document as per ISO guideline.
5. Allocation of manpower as per plan.
6. Capable to work in all production section.
7. Follow SOP &WI on shop Floor & implement it to improve efficiency
8. Maintain FIFO in production Area.
9. Aware all workers about food safety, GMP, personal hygiene.
10. Motivate workers about their work.
11. A better co-ordination maintain with all department and specially maintenance team to reduce the B/D.
12. All production related activity share with our seniors & reporting them on daily basis after end of production.
13. Insure availability of all raw materials before input as per production sheet
14. Monitoring of in process checks, CCP, OPRP and there optimization.
15.Monitor proper GMP in the processing areas at all time
16. Take inventory data of Intermediate Product whenever instruct the seniors.
17. Maintained product quality and company reputation complying with government regulations.
18. Investigate problems analyze root causes and define resolutions.
19. Having Knowledge of Retort sterilization process – Steam Retort
