Qualification: MSC in Food Technology /Microbiology/Chemist
Salary: CTC Upto 10 Lacs PA
Job description:
1. Effective implementation of the food safety system in the unit &ensure that FSMS operating in the company fulfill all the necessities of standards.
2. Conducting the Internal Audit and reporting. Closure of NCs after proper verification. Also to drive staff’s/team member’s awareness & development in FSMS through proper & timely training.
3. Analysis of data for PRP, OPRP, CCP, Customer Complaints, external & internal communications, MRM, CAP for NC products.
4. Updation /Modification of FSMS, along with FS Team, as & when necessary.
5. To ensure that all the processes needed for effective functioning of FSMS are established, implemented and maintained.
6. To ensure relevant training and education of Food Safety Team members and other employees.
7. To evaluate and review all the CCP’s and OPRP’s when any complaints are reported.
8. Summon meetings for Correction and Corrective Action (CACA) and non-conformance reviews.
9. Responsible for internal and external communication of Food Safety Requirements
10. Pest Control review & trend analysis.
11. Label review & issuing COA of finish goods.
12. Conducting Training of work force.
13. Knowledge of Running ETP/STP plant & its monitoring.
14. ERP/SAP Knowledge
