About the Job – R&D Sr Executive/AM (Beverages) – VRB Consumer Products – Sector 53 Gurgaon Haryana
Position – R & D Sr. Executive/AM (Beverages)
Location – Sect 53, Gurgaon
Qualification – Degree in Food Technology/ Food Science from a reputed institute
Salary – 35k to 45k in hand
Experience: 3-6 years
Roles and Responsibilities –
- Developing innovative products meeting the need of customers, in line with the consumer briefing
- Develop formulation that suit consumer product preferences. Key accountability is the formulation that suits regulatory/ cost implication. It should be quality and safety compliant as well.
- Identification and arrangement of ingredients required for NPD
- Develop process parameters for NPD
- Arranging samples to carryout testing of new products for required parameters
- Meet time schedule for completion of product development activities
- Ensure compliance to company policies and regulatory requirements for NPDs by working with regulatory team.
- Prepare product briefing documents, formulations, production processes, shelf life study and various other documents as per requirement.
- Extend support to other functions like regulatory, marketing, quality, production, supply chain as per required.
- Should be able to fulfill the any other R & D responsibility assigned by the company.
- Must understand industrial Beverages.
