Statement of Purpose
After getting a bird’s eye view on food processing and technology and science behind it in my academic curriculum, it intrigued me to further explore this field. Since I only had a brief view of the industry, I would like to get involved directly in various departments of food processing such as processing, production, safety, quality of the food products. Doing an internship would help me gain the practical experience. Also, I want to pursue a masters in any specialization of food technology and the internship done before hand would help gain more knowledge to choose a right path in the food industry.
