I’m S KAVI PRIYA and studied B Tech (Food Process Engineering) at NIFTEM – Thanjavur.

I have the experience of working as “Quality Controller and Documentation” at Bliss Tree, Trichy for 3 Months and as “R&D” on my internship for 2 months at Jayashree Food Products in Salem.

And I have done “HACCP and its Implementation with Food Industries” class.
And have done Certification on “Digital Marketing Fundamentals”.

Quality controller and Documentation at Quality Head

Worked as a Quality Controller where the quality is fully furnished from raw materials to finished products. Where the raw materials are millets.

And that was a Millet-based product company.

where the products are “Millet Flours”, “Millet Cookies”, “Millet Snacks”, “Millet Vermicellis”, “Millet Health Mix” and “Raw polished Millets”. 

And maintained the documents of production and the details of the company.
Certifications of FSSAI, ISO, APEDA, etc is maintained and renewed. Then the production plans were scheduled for workers and recorded.
