Join us as our new QA Specialist
We are looking for experienced team member manager who is passionate about quality and product safety for driving QA Aspect. Your primary task will be to ensure compliance of Site to food safety and quality standards & regulatory requirements. You will report to QA Team Leader – Mumbai.
Welcome to Quality Environment and Safety
We spearhead the development of quality in Site India to ensure we excite our current customers and attract new business. Develop and refine tools, systems and process that enable all Zymers to work efficiently and with right quality to make product safe.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Connecting with Zymers within function & cross functional to percolate essence of Food Safety & Quality.
Being a core team member of food safety team and ensuring implementation, maintenance and compliance to local food safety management systems & applicable regulations.
Maintaining raw material program and requirements for Kosher and Halal
Mentoring and coaching the team.

To succeed you must hold:
University degree/post-graduation in Life/Food sciences/Biotechnology/Microbiology/ Biochemistry
10-12 years working experience in FSMS & Quality Assurance in food, beverage, biotechnology, Nutraceutical or pharma industry.
Exposure to FSMS – Preferred – PCQI certificate, Lead auditor in FSSC 22000 & ISO 9001, exposure to Kosher and Halal requirements.
Good written and oral communication skills.

This job will be located at Patalganga, Navi Mumbai.
