Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end to end the trial processes at the lab, pilot plant and preliminary brewing at the plants – Engage with the supervisor to understand expectations from the new product.
- Brainstorm to explore combinations and finalize recipe for lab trials.
- Determine key variables to be monitored during trials – Take ownership of complex trials (e.g. yeast, enzyme) at the lab phase.
- Provide guidance to the junior members on the team for timely and accurate completion of their set of tests.
- Support development of new products/processes by assuming responsibility for end to end R&D activities (from trials to product launch and roll-out) while ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines
