Location: New Delhi
Job Description Objective: To ensure all the products manufactured and distributed conform to the
quality specifications and processes as laid down by the company. Quality Executive supports the
identification, planning, documentation, and management of the practices, activities and resources
needed to meet quality goals and objectives in a manner that enables management to assess quality
performance.

Job Responsibilities

All quality management, and quality assurance activities in the food production plant
Adherence to Company guidelines and requirements in the supply, manufacturing and distribution processes
Conformance to specifications of the finished goods leaving the plant
Monitor, assess and improve process capabilities in the plant
Availability and calibration of inspection and testing equipment.
Process control of the final product
Raw material, ingredient and product identification and traceability
Implementation of GMP in the plant
Responsibility to document, implement and monitor a quality assurance system in accordance with ISO22000 or applicable FSMS requirements

Key Interactions: Internal: Plant level employees External: Vendors, Quality Auditors
Qualification Requirement Qualifications: BSc in Food Science / Food Technology or similar
Qualification Experience: 1 – 3 years in food industry.
Salary: Negotiable
