About the Job – AM – GMP Training & QA Documentation – Haldirams Noida

Role & responsibilities
Training:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on food safety, hygiene practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for production personnel at all levels.
  • Ensure training programs align with FSSAI regulations and industry best practices.
  • Utilize diverse training methods like classroom instruction, role-playing exercises, and on-the-job coaching to effectively educate trainees.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate training program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on relevant food safety regulations, including FSSAI guidelines, and industry standards.

Documentation:

  • Maintain and update existing quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training manuals, quality control checklists, and audit reports.
  • Develop new documentation as needed to support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and easy to understand for production staff.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to guarantee documentation reflects current practices and complies with FSSAI regulations.
Quality Management:
  • Participate in internal audits of production processes to identify and address potential quality issues.
  • Analyze customer complaints related to product quality and hygiene, working with relevant teams to develop corrective and preventive actions.
  • While not required to design artwork, you may be consulted to ensure the labeling and packaging information adheres to FSSAI regulations and accurately reflects product content.
Preferred candidate profile
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Food Technology or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Food Technology (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the food industry, with a focus on quality control, food safety, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of FSSAI regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and best practices in food safety and hygiene.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
