Production & Quality Assurance Intern
Location: Mumbai
Compensation: 15K/Month

Brief:

We are seeking a hands-on and analytical Production & Quality Assurance Intern Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes.

  • Ability to train and coach team members effectively.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and organizing documentation.
  • Expertise in monitoring production processes for optimal efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Capability in technical reporting to document processes and results.
  • Effective time management to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sensory evaluations and quality analysis of Chikki (Moisture, Brix, etc.).
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality and production reports.
  • Supervise manpower and maintain quality documentation.
  • Monitor production output, facility cleaning, and sanitation.
  • Train food handlers on basic food safety practices.
  • Take care of the dispatches & maintain the data of the dispatches.
  • Maintaining inventory data for all the packaging material
  • Stock checks of the packaging material at regular intervals
Requirements:
  • Candidates should hold a B.Tech, B.Sc, or M.Sc degree in Food Technology.
Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Ability to train and coach team members effectively.
  • Proficiency in maintaining and organizing documentation.
  • Expertise in monitoring production processes for optimal efficiency.
