About the Job – Quality Executive – Kandhari Beverages Pvt Ltd Ambala Cantt, Haryana – Food Technology Jobs in the Food Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality testing across production processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and control Critical Control Points (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRP) in production.
• Conduct regular checks on CIP (Clean-in-Place) and COP (Clean-out-of-Place) systems to maintain hygiene and quality.
• Perform Brix (GV) testing to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Maintain detailed records of quality testing and inspections, highlighting any issues and improvements.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in the Quality Department, preferably in the beverage, liquor, breweries, or FMCG industry.
• Hands-on experience with quality testing procedures and techniques, including CCP, OPRP, CIP, COP, and GV Brix testing.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance in the food & beverage sector.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field is a plus.
