Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Oversee the operation of packaging machinery and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks on all packaging materials and finished products.
• Identify and resolve production problems quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Manage a team of production operators and ensure their safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, design, and engineering.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest packaging trends and technologies.

Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech Food Technology

Experience: 5-7 year
