Haldiram’s is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Auditor – Food Safety to join our Mumbai team. If you have strong knowledge of food safety standards, compliance, and quality systems in the food manufacturing / F&B industry, we’d love to connect with you.

 Role: Quality Auditor – Food Safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct food safety and quality audits across production and operational processes
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and company quality standards
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and food handling practices
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain audit reports, documentation, and compliance records
• Coordinate with production and operations teams for continuous improvement
• Support internal and external audits and inspections
• Train staff on food safety and quality awareness practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in food safety/quality auditing
• Strong understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSAI regulations, and quality systems
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing preferred
