About the Job – PPD Manager (Factory) – Perfetti Van Melle – Food Technology Jobs at Rudrapur Uttarakhand

Job Responsibilities:

1. Liaison with local marketing team for overall project management like preparing Gantt charts, NPD meeting updates and samples sharing.
2. Scheduling and completing all NPD trials in a timely manner in coordination with local mfg. team.
3. Coordinate with production and SCM teams for commercialisation of NPDs
4. Regularly interact with Group R&D team for technology transfer and trials reporting.
5. Creating documents related to NPD and uploading BOMs in SAP.
6. Ensuring ownership of stability testing and regulatory compliances for relevant products.

Education: Graduate in Food technology/Science, Chemical Technology or Dairy Technology. Postgraduate in Food Technology is preferred.

Knowledge: Product development in confectionery and allied industry.Worked with flavours applications. Application of SAP, Fluent with Power point and MS Excel.

Experience: 6-8 years in product development/ R&D or process development roles (6-8 years in Food B2C companies.)
