About the Job – Assistant Manager – R&D – Parle – Food Technology Jobs at Mumbai, Maharashtra 

Role & responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Food Science / Nutrition Science / Chemistry / Microbiology
• Knowledge of FSSAI & FSSAI Act, Global Food regulations such as CODEX, USFDA, EU, FSANZ, GSO, etc
• Knowledge of Food Safety Management System / Vegan / organic, etc.
• Creating Ingredient List & Nutrition for New Product
• Creating Ingredient List & Nutrition chart for existing product for recipe revision
• Create Country wise ( USA/UK/Canada/GCC etc.) Ingredient list & Nutrition chart for products
• Provide Approval on Final Artwork

Qualification: Bachelor/masters degree in Life Science / Food Science / Food Technology / Nutrition Science

Experience: 3-4 years of experience
