About the Job – Product Development Executive – Smart Yums – Fresher Food Technology Jobs at Sonipat, Haryana

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production and identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality, safety, consistency, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product quality and stability testing, with accurate documentation and reporting.
• Maintain food safety and regulatory compliance documentation, and conduct training programs to ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and other food safety standards.
• Contribute in new product development projects including product ideation, formulation development, variant creation, and laboratory/pilot-scale trials.

Desired Skills

• Strong understanding of food formulation and ingredient functionality.
• Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good documentation and communication abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced food startup environment.
