What do you mean by FoSTaC?
Food Safety Training and Certification (FOSTAC) is an initiative by FSSAI by means of which food safety trainings are conducted for different groups in the food business to maximize knowledge of food safety regulations and policies to ensure safe food and hygiene.
Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) recommends that all licensed food businesses must have at least one trained and certified Food Safety Supervisor under FoSTaC for every 25 food handlers in each premise.
