About the Job – Jr. Executive Quality Assurance – Ambika Global Foods and Beverages Pvt Ltd Navi Mumbai

• Responsible for over all Quality Assurance & Quality Control of products
• Draft/review/modify quality assurance policies and procedures
• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality (Quality inspection of RM, FG & packing
• material, In-process quality check)
• Investigate customer complaints and in-process non-conformance to find out root cause & suggest corrective/preventive action
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
• Maintain all Quality assurance recodrs related to ISO & FSSC audits
• In-process quality inspection at third party processing facilities
• Co-ordination with vendors

Requirements –

• BTech / MSc Food Technology
• Expereince – 0-1 year
