About the Job – Lab Analyst – Anveshan Bengaluru Karnataka

Anveshan seeks to enroll a suitable candidate for the Lab Analyst position for Quality control in the Sustainable minimally processed Food Systems team The successful applicant will assist the team members in undertaking robust quantitative analysis and batch testing.

Responsibilities

1. Conception to execution of the projects assigned including planning, maintaining records for FIFO samples, team building, Laboratory inventory maintenance, analysis, results, and reporting.
2. Responsible to prepare the scheduled testing timelines and work accordingly, with the aim to meet defined deadlines.
3. He/She should be able to determine the technical requirements of the projects considering current standards and stipulated internal standards.
4. Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English, with expertise in local language(s) in the region necessary as required. Advanced knowledge of computer applications and ability to integrate technology into office and program activities. Knowledge of MS Excel and G-suite is a must.

Qualifications

1. Postgrad/grad degree pass out in B.Sc/B.Tech/M.Sc/M.Tech (Food Science/Food Tech/Food and Nutrition/Biotech).
2. Hands on experience with FSSAI rules and Regulations for quality assurance and defining HACCP and GMP for the manufacturing units.
3. Technical knowledge of food testing equipment (Working and setup). Skills required to run Laboratory set up, maintenance of inventory and procurement of the materials.
