Job Description:

To look after the overall quality parameters of the products

What you’ll do

• Testing and monitoring the quality of Milk and Milk product online samples.
• CCP monitoring and verification.
• Calibration of laboratory equipment as per frequency and update in LIMS.
• To follow GLP at workplace
• To maintain testing records and LIMS data entry.
• Dahi and Smoothie products coding verification.
• To check the GMP and Food Safety at production floor.
• To maintain 5’S at workplace.
• Co-ordination with internal and external department partners.

What you will need to succeed

• B. Tech Dairy Technology/Food Technology, B. Sc (Chemistry), M. Sc (Chemistry)
• 3 to 5 Years of experience
• Communication skills – written and verbal
• Good technical decision making
• Compliance to SOP.
• Good knowledge of technology and quality
• Good team player
• Multitasking
