About the Job – Co-Founder – Ayaachi Superfoods Panipat Haryana
Location: Panipat, Haryana (Initially); Hybrid position between Panipat & NCR (Once manufacturing is established) About Ayaachi: Ayaachi is the brainchild of Acharya Prashant, India’s most influential vegan, born out of the idea to make plant-based food complete in
nutrition, natural, and affordable for all. Established in 2021, Ayaachi started producing and developing plant-based milk. After a meticulous development process spanning over two years, we have successfully created India’s most nutritious, tastiest, natural, and affordable plant-based milk. We conducted a pilot program in Panipat and the NCR region for over two years, and now our commercial factory is nearly ready for production.
Founder’s Vision: Our Founder, Parvinder Singh, excels in the realms of Fashion, Textiles, and Food Sustainability. His mission is to craft affordable, innovative solutions that resonate with both our plates, planet, and our wardrobes.
Responsibilities:
• Team Building:
• Build and lead a high-performing team to execute the company’s vision and mission.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization.
• Brand Building:
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand-building strategies to establish Ayaachi as a leading plant-based beverage and food brand.
• Create and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Manufacturing:
• Oversee the establishment and scaling of plant-based beverage and food manufacturing operations.
• Ensure production processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Marketing and Distribution:
• Develop and execute marketing and distribution strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Establish and manage distribution networks to ensure product availability and visibility.
Requirements:
Experience:
• Proven experience and a strong network in the plant-based beverage industry.
• Experience in plant-based beverage manufacturing, marketing, distribution, and brand building.
• Experience in leading a team and building successful brands from the ground up.
Entrepreneurial Spirit:
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving results and taking initiatives.
• Experience in launching and scaling entrepreneurial ventures is preferred.
• Leadership Skills:
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
Mission Alignment:
• Passion for health, nutrition, and sustainability.
• Commitment to the vision of making plant-based food complete in nutrition, natural, and affordable for all.
Remuneration:
• Remuneration will be a mix of fixed and variable components.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent degree is preferred.
