About the Job – Manager / Sr. Manager Quality – Bisleri Guwahati – Food Technology jobs

Experience: – 10+ Years

Qualification:- – B. Tech/MSC/M. Tech Food Technology

Industry Experience: – – Packaged Drinking Water & Carbonated Soft drink/Beverages

Roles & Responsibility: –

1. Experience in handling plants who is manufacturing packaged drinking water/ Beverages, under co-pack/own manufacturing plant..

2. Ensuring manufacturing of production as per BIPL Manual & specification. Ensuring food safety of manufacturing.

3. Licensing/ regulatory compliance for plant of requirement/ FSSI & BIS official on need basis.

4. Handling Internal audit & GAP Assessment & closure for plant.

5. Support central Quality Assurance on change management & on vendor approval/ audit, new product & sides commercial in all the outlets.

6. Work with regional manufacturing logistics team for timely action to continue business. Responsible for requirement quality MIS & Customer complaint. Training & Capability building
